Article marketing is an awesome way to provide content for sales letters, squeeze pages and blogs. To have enough content to get regular traffic you should spend time every month writing new articles. Eventually, you should have your articles scattered across the web, giving you hundreds of chances to get traffic to your site.

Article Marketing is also one of the few methods to get FREE traffic online. Another good point to note about Article Marketing is that it gives your site very lasting traffic for a long period of time.

Article marketing and writing articles is also a great way for you to establish yourself as an expert or an authority in your field or niche.

A few points you need to take note:

Article Marketing Guidelines:

1. When you write your article, keep it within a comfortable length. As a rule, the length of an article should be withing the range of 400-800 words long.

2. Try to write your article around one specific keyword or phase.

3. More important thing to take note is that your keyword phrase should appear in your headline/title, in the first and probably the last paragraph as well. You should also used your keyword throughout the article only if it make sense to you.

4. Keyword density should be around 2% of your total words used in your article.

You can use software online to check your keyword density of your article. There are free and paid ones around. The free ones work just as well. If you found out that your keyword density is too low, then insert the keyword where you can. But one thing to take note is that you should do that without making the article sound weird or funny. Also, you can alter the article to add more keywords and increase the keyword density.

Should your keyword density be too high, remove some of the keywords, or write more text within the article. Also, you can using alternate keyword to replace.

5. Submit your written articles to articles directories around.

6. Post your articles on your blog or site.

7. You should always include a link back to your site or product within the signature or resource box at article marketing directories. - 21151
